We know that the BFCM is a key event for your eCommerce and at Planet we are ready 💪🏼
After the new update, the internal functioning of the platform has been improved to have everything ready for this BFCM. Product loading, searching and filtering now works much faster and more efficiently.
Also, we bring you two new features that will be very useful for you:
New product table and bulk price changes
We have updated the product table to show all product variants grouped together. It is now much easier to navigate between catalog items to make changes.
You can also edit the price and compare at price of all your products in bulk in just a few minutes.
For this we have included all possible options for both values:
- Set a new price
- Make a percent or amount off discount
- Increase the price
- Remove the active discount
These changes cannot be programmed as they are applied immediately and cannot be reversed. For temporary price changes make use of the discount rules.
Hide cart button of the quantity selector in volume discounts
Now you can customize even more the volume discounts in your store. With the new update, it is possible to hide the add to cart button.
This way we avoid having two buy buttons, the one on the widget and the one on your product page. Try to place the widget above the buy button for a better user experience.

Sabemos que el BFCM es un evento crucial para vuestro eCommerce y en Planet ya estamos preparados 💪🏼
Tras la nueva actualización, el funcionamiento interno de la plataforma ha mejorado para tener todo a punto para este BFCM. Ahora la carga de productos, la búsqueda y el filtrado funciona mucho más rápido y eficaz.
Además, traemos dos novedades que te serán de mucha utilidad:
Nueva tabla de productos y cambios de precio en lote
Hemos actualizado la tabla de productos para mostrar de forma agrupada todas sus variantes. Ahora es mucho más sencillo navegar entre los artículos del catálogo para hacer cambios.
Además, podrás editar el precio y precio comparado de todos tus productos en lote en unos pocos minutos.
Para ello hemos incluido todas las opciones posibles para ambos valores:
- Establecer un precio nuevo
- Hacer un descuento porcentual o restando una cantidad
- Aumentar el precio
- Eliminar el descuento activo
Estos cambios no se pueden programar ya que se aplican de forma inmediata y tampoco se pueden revertir. Para cambios de precio temporales haz uso de las reglas de descuento.
Oculta el botón del selector de cantidad en descuento por volumen
Ahora podrás personalizar aún más los descuentos por volumen en tu tienda.
Con la nueva actualización, el botón de compra se puede ocultar.
De esta forma evitamos que aparezcan dos botones de compra, el del widget y el de tu página.
Prueba a colocar el widget encima de los botones de compra para que la experiencia de usuario sea inmejorable.
